The artist holds no responsibility for delays due to strike action, weather, or other unexpected events that may affect the postal services. The artist reserves the right to adjust shipping and delivery costs accordingly, this will be communicated to the client, and updated here.
Timeframe and costs for originals
Those interested in purchasing an original artwork will enter into a conversation with the artist for the time frame and delivery costs of that specific piece. We aim to deliver you your artwork as quickly as possible, however for large works there may be a small delay whilst a trusted courier is arranged.
Likewise for commissioned artworks, a time frame will be discussed between the artist and client, that shall be specific to each piece. This may vary depending on the size and detail of the work. Once agreed the artist will endeavour to meet the agreed upon deadline, if small delays should occur, this will be communicated to the client ASAP.

Large scale artworks being transported across the country will be delivered by courier. This cost varies according to the size of the artwork, location of the client, and timeframe of delivery. This shall be arranged between the artist and client. The client is also welcome to arrange their own collection of the artwork. NOTE: if the client is collecting the artwork, the artist holds no responsibility for damage once the piece has left their studio. If the artist is arranging transport, then the artist takes responsibility for the work until it has reached its new destination.

Local area: for clients living within 15 miles of the Taunton, Somerset area no delivery costs shall be charged. Instead the cost of mileage/ hire of a large transport vehicle if needed shall take the place of a courier charge.

Timeframe and costs for prints, and small original's able to be posted
For existing pieces that are a suitable size and weight to post please expect a turnaround time of approximately 3 working days to get your artwork ready to post. Following this the postage time frame will be in accordance with the chosen method of post (ie approximately 1-2 working days Royal Mail First Class, 2-4 working days Royal Mail Second Class). the client will be contacted when artwork has been posted, and the artist shall retain proof of postage.

The artist makes no profit off of shipping or delivery charges, therefore the client will be charged the exact cost of their chosen postage method. This is in addition to the price of the artwork, unless stated otherwise.
Returns
This artist has a no return policy except in the case of damaged, or faulty goods. Proof of the damage is required, and the item must be posted back to the artist for a refund to be processed. Return postage may be subtracted from the refunded amount (discretionary to the artist and situation).
